Tired of seeing “proficient in Mandarin” in most of the customer service job. I thought it’s very hard to get a job but now it’s very hard to even apply for a job now! 🥲

I feel you! Banyak job yang ada language-specific requirements, tapi jangan putus asa. Maybe focus on roles yang emphasize communication skills dalam English atau bahasa lain yang you fluent. Good luck!
