What happens when your boss doesn't micromanage? For us, semua dalam team jadi functional. Takde yang claim credit or pura2 sibuk. Everybody is so hands-on because semua org faham role masing2. My boss as a leader, he helps to set our direction and bagi kepercayaan penuh dekat team utk execute. Any problem? Boleh dtg bincang sama2 dgn dia for him to guide and help where necessary. Everyone feels trusted and take full ownership of their work. The result? Our team is the best in the company. 😊
