Production Planner
Sales team leaving since 3 years ago , sale drop.
Production shutdown 4-5 days in month. Deduct annual leave / unpaid leave / no increments.Poor management , no solution no plan to build new businesses. I been working almost 20 years in role. I’m struggling now and try to thinking to resign and find a better career in my future.
