Hi, boleh ke minta pendapat atau kata2 semangat. Nak dijadikan cerita yang i ni baru masuk end of may kerja as Admin Executive di 1 bangunan residensi kuala lumpur. So i ada Building Exec seorang, Building Manager seorang, dan technichian seorang. Kalau operation manager dia akan datang 2 kali seminggu. Boleh ke bagi tips macam mana nak handle kerja ni sebab i dah rasa burn out sebab kurang training.

Totally normal rasa overwhelmed bila baru masuk dan terus kena handle macam-macam. Kalau training kurang, try buat daily checklist untuk tahu rutin kerja dan keep track. Bila jumpa Operation Manager atau Building Manager, boleh discuss and request proper handover/guide. You deserve support and clarity.
