2bln lps sy ade dpt satu com yg agak besar tp mngement sgt2 toksik n ikut rules sndiri, yg paling takboleh nak terima bila as staff baru yg kena blajar semua tnpa diajar tp bila xsiap tnpa tanya sbb terus kena makihamun, ugutan suruh berhenti n orglama keep tunding jari pd staff baru for they fault, ade sorg budak intern diberhentikan tnpa sbb yg munasabah n sbb tlg org. so sy decide brhenti notis 24jam tp esoknya call dan ugut nak hntar surat saman sbb katanya kita takde hak 24jam notis.

Kalau ikut yg standard mmg boleh resign 24hours, tp you kena la byr ganti rugi like sebulan gaji or what not. Tapi nampak gaya cam you baru je join company ni, so still dlm probation lagi rasanye. Then should be no issue pun 24hours. Nk senangkan hati you, better check balik offer letter.
