What is your company practice when it comes to taking MC? I honestly think it's SO NOT PRACTICAL to go see doctor early in the morning when your SUPER SICK to even get out of the bed. Boss already warned me about sending in the MC late (after lunchtime). What? he thinks i'm bluffing is it? How do I bring this matter to HR?

My company change the policies this year. If sakit sehari dua like pening2 or demam, then no need MC. Lega betul sbb betul like you said nak get out of the bed pun susah, ni nak cari MC pulak
