Ada tak dekat sini yang starting dengan gaji rendah RM1k++ lepas tu sekarang dia dh gaji RM8k-10k ke atas? Kalau ada, boleh share tak macam mana you guys buat? I nak jadikan inspirasi sebab setiap kali nak raya, selalu rasa sesak sangat. Penat dah rasa macam ni. Belum kira family yg selalu ingat kita ada duit padahal gaji kita pun tak seberapa 😢I harap tahun ni I dapat RM2800. Itu pun I dah happy sgt sebab I tak pernah dpt gaji more than RM2000 walaupun ada degree. Please help me guys!

Takde cara lain awak. Kena keluar dari comfort zone. Apply kerja lain. Selagi duduk tempat sama, selagi tu takkan naik gaji. Saya dulu pun sama starting gaji RM1200. kemudian saya tukar. Sikit demi sedikit saya naik dan selepas bertukar 5 companies, sekarang gaji saya dah RM7k. Tapi bukan bab gaji je awak kena fikir, skills pun kena upgrade. Sekarang sy level pun bukan mcm dulu. Lagi byk tanggungjwb. But at least, gaji sy berbaloi dgn keje yg sy buat.

Tak kisah kerja apa, tapi pilih company yg offer you peluang utk belajar. Company yg mahu pekerja mereka skillfull. Once u got a skill and cert + experience.. gaji u akan naik even you kerja tmpt lain. But satu pengajaran orang tua tua kata. Kalau kamu masih tiada apa-apa experience, sijil, skillful cert dekat tempat kerja sekarang. Jgn bermimpi utk pergi ke tempat lain dulu. It took me 10 years, i got new offer 13-15k next few month 🥰

kalau you selalu fikir tentang tanggungjawa family you takkan dapat gaji RM8k ke atas sebab majikan nak staff yang betul betul fokus komitmen pada kerja, bukan pada famili sebab gaji RM8k ke atas setanding dengan tanggungjawab you dalam kerja, you kena tanggungjawab teehadap kerja anak buah you, tanggungjawab terhadap management juga, you tak kan banyak peluang fokus pada famili terutama kalau you ada anak bersekolah, kecuali kalau you upah maid untuk jaga keluarga / ada pengasuh anak.

Even then, I kept improving through mentoring and upskilling despite minimal salary growth. I knew early that effort doesn’t always pay immediately,but it builds leverage.
