Internal Auditor
I recently received an offer from a well-established financial institution. While the role comes with a higher grade and strong growth potential, the salary offer is only a 10% increment from my current package. During negotiations, I was informed that a 20% increment exceeds their internal pay range for the position. I’m genuinely interested in the opportunity, but I’m currently weighing whether the 10% increase justifies the move.
