Hi, i just nak validation tentang kesedihan i haha. i takfaham kenapa sesetengah company publish range gaji EXAMPLE:
8k - 10k
then u letak expected you 8k. maksudnya takmintak lebih pun. bila interview and company only offer 7.2k. if you talk about experience wise, maybe the person tak good fit untuk that role but still the person akan buat kerja sama dngn orang yang you akan hire 10k? so where is the logic and company dh mmg allocate persetujuan 8k is the minimum why suddenly kurangkan...
