KWSP pro tips: Don't settle for less. Aim to work in companies that give high KWSP contributions! Target 15% or more. If you're earning RM5,000, with 15% contribution you're actually getting RM5750. That's almost RM1k extra money monthly. Also, if there’s no urgent need, avoid using savings from Account 3 for things you want. Let your money grow. KWSP is 1 of the safest investment instruments. Honestly, where else can you keep your hard-earned money & get consistent high dividends like KWSP?

Fair point pasal contribution percentage tu. Tapi jangan lupa factor in other benefits jugak masa evaluate job offer mcm medical coverage, flexible hours, career growth semua tu ada monetary value jugak. EPF contribution penting, tapi it's just one piece of the whole puzzle la honestly 🧩

Advice ni works great kalau you're in a stable career with consistent income. Tapi freelancers, gig workers, and self-employed people kena approach this differently since contributions aren't mandatory for them. Would be nice to see more financial tips that cater to that growing demographic jugak 👀

KWSP is safe, sure, but calling it one of the best returns is debatable. Plenty of other investments can outperform it if you know what you’re doing.

Saying it’s “almost RM1k extra” is kinda misleading. Its not cash in hand and you can’t freely use it anyway.

Sounds good on paper, but not many companies actually offer 15% KWSP. You can’t just “aim” for it like it’s common.

Betul weh! Ramai orang tak perasan yang EPF contribution ni actually part of your total compensation. Kalau company bagi 15% ke atas, that's literally free money masuk every month. Jangan la settle for less, especially fresh grads. Negotiate properly dari awal! Future you will thank you 🙏
