Salaam & Hi.I’m 42 and looking for better career opportunities.Applying so many job since last year.Recently attending few interviews. During interview seems everything went well but bila tanya umur n working experience , bertubi-tubi kena soal. Yes,recent working exp as a manager but for me there is no wrong to downgrade our position as long as we really can do the job & the perk was good.Pls la HR,if exp staff applying a downgrade job its mean they really can do needs a job to earn a living.
