Senior Manager
I’m currently a manager in the telco industry, but honestly, I feel like I’ve hit a plateau. The thought of jumping to a different industry keeps popping up, but I’m wondering...can someone like me make that leap? Skills like leadership and strategy are transferable, sure, but how do I convince a completely different industry that I’m their next great hire? Anyone done this before? Feels like starting over but also like a fresh adventure.

Leadership and strategy skills are transferable, so focus on how your experience can benefit the new industry. Update your resume to highlight achievements and adaptability. You might start a bit lower, but it’s worth the fresh start
