I selalu rasa HR sepatutnya treat all candidates with basic respect. Kalau tak reply, ghosting after interview or bagi false hope then that thing memang tak profesional. Even candidate belum kerja lagi, dia deserve to be treated with dignity. From my view, kalau HR dah tunjuk red flag since begining then maybe that reflects the company culture too. Better walk away daripada stuck kat tempat yang tak appreciate orang.
