Our company just switched to mandatory 3 days in office. Love seeing the team more but the KL commute is brutal - 3hrs daily total. Management says it's for "culture building" but feels like they want to justify office costs. Anyone else dealing with similar changes? Productivity was higher at home TBH. Considering remote-only roles now.
