How to secure remote marketing roles / offer freelance marketing services to businesses online?
I’ve applied to several roles via JobStreet but haven’t received any responses — it feels like I’m being ghosted.
Appreciate any advice on:
1. How to proactively find/attract remote marketing opportunities
2. How to build credibility (e.g. personal branding, portfolio)
3. How to find small businesses or startups that need these services
4. Communities supporting remote/freelance marketers

So far for me, I would recommend you to focus on dedicated freelance platforms like Upwork or Fiverr. Build your personal brand by being active on social media and highlighting your unique marketing skills. Reach out directly to small businesses or startups you find online and offer your services.
