I honestly dont understand why businesses prioritize ONLY chinese speaking staffs. I dont mean this in a racist way. I understand that some of your businesses are majority chinese audience/customers but we are living in Malaysia. Dont you want to expand your business to other types of audiences? This is also one of the reasons why people are unemployed. Because of companies like these that narrow down the type of staffs that they are looking for. English should be prioritzed not Chinese

You raise a valid point. Businesses often focus on specific language skills to cater to their main customers but expanding language preferences could definitely help open more job opportunities and grow their customer base.
