Is it okay to revise and ask for a higher salary at the final interview stage for RM4,000–4,300 (or RM4,200–4,500)? The company stated role’s range is RM3,000–4,500 in the online application site. Im 4y experienced. Initially, I stated RM3,500–3,800 (minimum RM3,600) during the application and screening call, and after the call I’ve since upskilled, met the required software proficiency, and gained more confidence in meeting KPIs. Is it can?
