Hi I 27 years old, graduated 2022 and before this i kerja as a trainee under Maybank for over 1 year. And i just got an offer under new bank. How much i should nego for my salary ya? Really need advices here!

Usually people will ask at least 30% from the current salary. During the negotiation, try to convince them your capabilities, be confident but yet still flexible. Dont forget to consider other benefits as well like bonus, leave and possibilities to growth. Good luck.
