Percentage increase in salary for next role sepatutnya between 30-40% increase. Yg offer 20% increase from previous salary tu memang tak patut. Contoh my previous salary 1800 pastu diorang increase jadi 20% so jadi 2160 je memang tak relevan. Perlu consider pekerja punya komitmen nak bayar setiap bulan tu cukup ke tidak dengan gaji yg dia dapat.

You’re spot on! If a 20% increase only brings the salary from 1800 to 2160, it’s really not practical. Employees need to be compensated fairly based on the role, market rates, and personal commitments. A 30-40% increase seems much more in line with a fair salary adjustment.
