In my current job, I go beyond my responsibilities. I’ve resolved land issues dating back to 1970. I also support HR tasks even though it’s not part of my role. I work weekends, stay late when needed, and give my full commitment.
But still, I feel undervalued—just because I’m under 30, I’ve been told my salary must stay under RM3,000. Is there really a rule like this?
I’m frustrated, but I haven’t given up. I just hope to find a workplace that values hard work, not age.
