Hi, saya nak minta pendapat.
Company sekarang ada cakap nak serap masuk jadi permanent TAPI maintain elaun intern (oh ni company industrial and offer internship RM1.5k)
Ramai kata, even saya apply kerja baru sekalipun gaji lebih kurang je sebab fresh grad dan lebih baik saya accept offer ni sebab sekarang tak banyak hiring.

I rasa macam not fair je for u if gaji u maintain sama dengan elaun intern. Job scope u akan bertambah tau, gaji pulak tak setimpal dgn semua kerja yg u buat nanti. So, pendapat i, better u mintak increment sikit.
