Market sekarang dah tepu sgt, competition pun makin ramai. I dah try macam-macam weh..promo, iklan berbayar, bundling tapi sales still stagnant. Rasa macam semua orang jual benda sama je, susah sgt nak stand out. Nak naikkan sales, kena fokus kat branding ke, ubah target market ke, or maybe kena cari cara baru untuk engage dengan pelanggan? One thing that helped me when I was in the same situation was focusing on niching down my target market. Instead of trying to appeal to everyone, I zeroed in on a specific group of customers who would really value my product and tailored everything to them. Branding is important too, but I found that building strong relationships with my existing customers through personalized communication and loyalty programs really helped boost sales. It’s all about building trust!

Memang Susah naik sale up, you need to have a consistent punya sales dulu, then buat satu benda , seperti below market price punya product to attractive. Jangan main Cost to cost, biar saja ada keuntungan, as long can be profitable, is based on volume, your higher margin can be cover, the sales might be go up, that is one of the strategy
