Anybody kerja marketing manage fb ads CPAS? I just nak minta advise. I manage CPAS for Shopee Lazada & website with monthly budget RM60k. ROAS pula mmg increase banyak compared to masa agency yg manage list time. ROAS i maintain ~16. Platform performance increase. Gaji RM3.8k je. I rasa underpaid. I nak try nego gaji, tapi berbelah bagi sekarang. Anybody yg manage fb ads, marketing boleh advise i tak? Experience keje i 5 years.

Sounds like you’re doing amazing work, but yeah, RM3.8k doesn’t seem to match the results you’re getting. If you feel underpaid, it’s definitely time to ask for more. Just show them your achievements and how you’ve been able to improve the numbers since taking over. If they value you, they’ll see the worth in giving you a raise!
