How do i let my boss know that i dont want to do sales anymore? I wish to change department and do something other than sales because 3 months i join, jiwa i memang takde lah dkt sale. Previously i came from admin background. Probation i memang tak lepas sebab sales i tak masyuk. I hope can change department sbb i taknak berhenti kerja. tq

Kalau rasa sales tak sesuai, it's totally okay to speak up. Better to have an honest conversation dengan boss tentang interest you in a different department. Yang penting, cuba negotiate before buat keputusan nak berhenti. Semoga berjaya tukar department!
