Salam semua. Saya baru kerja salesman kereta beberapa bulan ni sejak oct 2023 dan seriously, tak semudah yang disangka. Ada customer dah test drive, nampak excited, lepastu senyap terus. Ada pulak yang asyik tanya pasal diskaun paling besar + free gift je. 😩 Korang ada tips tak nak secure customer dengan lebih baik? Macam mana nak bina trust, handle rejection, atau close deal tanpa nampak terlalu pushy? Sy sebelum ni kerja office. ni 1st time kerja sales so memang kurang pengalaman.
