I just started my new place about 2 months ago, my company ni one of the public listed kat Malaysia ni. But the point is, recently gaji lambat over than 7th of the month. But menjadi2 sampai 10-12th kadang baru masuk and apa yang lebih memeranjatkan, ada staff bagitau epf dah lebih 7 bulan tak bayar. I’m here memang nak career growth since im working in big company and association. Bila my ex company dapat tau, dorang offer i masuk semula. What you guys can advise me on this? I dilemma la. 🥹

If gaji lambat and EPF tak bayar for months, that’s not a good sign, even if the company is big and public listed. Career growth is important, but financial stability is just as crucial. Maybe talk to HR dulu, but kalau masalah still berterusan, it might be worth considering to go back to your ex-company, especially if they offer a better environment. Don’t settle for less when it comes to your future
