i felt so embarassed when recruiter call and tanya soalan and asked me to answer in english. i faham je english but when its my turn to speak, i jadi stuck and gagap. lagi lagi skrg ni byk nak candidate yg fluent english in speaking. honestly, i tak yakin nak speak english spontaneously. i rasa left behind sbb language barrier ni. and of course recruiter akan judge kan. so please advise what should i do to improve my english speaking skills.
