Sometimes even dengan pengalaman yang ada company still set high expectations especially bila ada diploma involved. Tapi jangan putus asa sebab pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai operator pun ada value dia. Keep improving skill, mungkin cuba juga ambil kursus pendek atau sertifikasi yang boleh tambah value CV.
