AI hallucination refers to the generation of incorrect, misleading, or entirely fabricated information by AI models. Since AI lacks true reasoning and factual verification capabilities, it can sometimes produce outputs that seem plausible but are factually incorrect. This makes it unreliable for final production use without human validation.

Yep, AI’s great for brainstorming and quick drafts, but it’s not always 100% accurate. Gotta have someone double-checking it before using it for real projects!
