Kerja kat Singapore susah nak dapat ke? Saya tengok ramai Malaysians cuba cari kerja kat SG sebab gaji lebih tinggi & peluang career lebih luas & better. Tapi competition sana macam mana sebenarnya? Susah ke nak bersaing dengan locals & foreigners lain? Company prefer ambil orang Malaysia ke, atau dorang lagi utamakan PR & citizens? Sorry banyak tanya...saya tak tahu nak tanya dkt mana sebab takde kawan2 yg kerja dkt SG. Harap you all can help me. Thanks!!

Susah ke tak susah depends on what field you’re in. Competition memang tinggi, but kalau you ada skills yang company kat sana cari, still ada chance! Banyak company prefer locals or PRs, but ada juga yang open to hiring foreigners, especially if your skills are in demand. So, just keep applying and don’t give up. Networking helps too, try connect with people yang kerja kat SG, maybe boleh dapat some insider tips.

Yeah, the competition kat Singapore memang sengit, sebab ramai Malaysians and foreigners yang try to work there. Tapi kalau you ada kemahiran yang relevan, and apply at the right companies, there’s definitely a chance. Most companies memang prefer locals or PRs, but banyak juga yang open to foreigners, especially dalam bidang yang diorang perlukan. So, just keep trying, network and apply wherever you can!

It’s competitive, but kalau you punya skills and experience sesuai dengan apa diorang cari, tak mustahil boleh dapat kerja kat sana. Singapore memang banyak pilih locals or PRs, but still banyak company hire foreigners, especially kalau skills tu in demand. Don’t stress, just apply to as many as you can, and maybe reach out to people who work in SG, kadang-kadang connection pun boleh buat benda jadi lebih mudah!
