Sometimes the hardest part of work isn’t the tasks, but dealing with teammates who don’t seem as competent as me. Have you ever felt this way? I admit it always gets on my nerves when I have to clean up after others or when deadlines drag because of repeated mistakes. What frustrates me more is that my boss don't seem to notice. I keep wondering if I should tell her or just let it slide and focus on doing my best without letting their performance affect my mindset. Which 1 would you do?

Hahaha I feel you lah! Nothing more annoying than working with someone not competent. Always act like they know everything, but in the end you kena clean up their mess. I think if it were me, I’d be tempted to call it out straight. But realistically, maybe better to keep receipts of their mistakes and bring it up in a way that shows you’re protecting the team’s output. Otherwise, you’ll be looking like mak cik kaki complaint.

Yep, it’s a blast when your job description suddenly includes “professional fire extinguisher” for your teammates’ messes.
Actually trylah to find a middle ground macam keep delivering your best work but also document where the problems are happening. If it becomes a pattern, bring it up with your boss. Maybe with suggestions on how to improve the process or team training.

Focus on doing your best, but also keep your manager in the loop. Sometimes bosses aren’t fully aware of the challenges on the ground. Just frame it as wanting to improve team performance and not blaming anyone. At the end of the day, a strong team depends on everyone lifting their game.
