Administration and Operations Executive
I tender an official resignation letter on 20th March, last day would be on 19th April. Well, its the raya season and AL approved for 24/3-30/3. My manager has remind me to come back (I understand & I am aware on all pending task) I reporting to work on 31/3 but received a msg from HQ that I dont need to come in anymore while I was actively carrying out my duties. I am SPEECHLESS. I never been formally inform anything on my employment status and termination. WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE AS AN EMPLOYEE?

This honestly doesn’t feel right, you already resigned and had a clear last day on 19 April so they can’t just suddenly tell you not to come in without anything official, if they want you to stop early they should still pay you for the remaining notice, better just email and ask for clear confirmation on your status and salary

Ive formally send an Email on requesting payment for the remaining notice period, still havent receive any response yet, not sure if am gonna proceed this to JTK or not… if they are still not responded
