im in toxic department environment. boss selalu merendahkan kerja kita,dia jugak merendahkan kedudukan kita.suka bandingkan position dia as Manager, AM & HOD dgn exec.obses melayan hierarchy.setiap kata2 yang keluar mcm sengaja nak kita rasa demotivated.bila kita dah overload dgn kata2 dia,our reaction flat face pun dia kata kita emosi. AND dia ada sifat Misogynist.dah 4 orang staff perempuan dia resign sebabkan perangai dia.dia suka burukkan staff lama kat staff baru. enviroment ni normal ke?
