Salam, blh ke boss berhentikan saya walaupun masih dlm probation? Kalau ikut OL, boss tak boleh terminate sy without valid reasons. Sy takde masalah bekerja/discipline, tapi dia suruh sy resign. Sy taknak, sebab baru je start keje after 1 year jobless. Masa mula2 join dia ckp position sy baru & ada possibility utk change department if they feel needed. Now instead of offering me new role, they just want to cut cost terus. What can i do now? I cannot cari kerja baru in short notice mcm ni.😢

Weh kesiannya you!! mana boleh suruh org suka hati resign mcm tu. kalau tak nak dah dia lah yg kena terminate kita WITH VALID REASONS. I think you just ckp je la dkt boss tu yg u nak more time. Utk cari kerja baru. At least until habis probation or extra 3 more months. If they say cannot, then pergi la pejabat buruh. You try mintak pendapat pegawai dkt sana. This seems unfair termination to me.

I know this is a tough situation. Actually, during probation, bosses do have the right to terminate, but if they don’t have valid reasons, you can try to have an open conversation with them. Tanyakan kenapa mereka nak suruh you resign, and maybe ask for more time to find a new job. If they refuse, you can approach HR or even seek advice from the labor office.

In this kind of situation, try to stay calm and request a proper discussion with your boss. Explain your situation, that you just started after a year of being jobless. Maybe ask if they could consider giving you more time or offer you a role in another department as initially promised. If they’re firm on their decision, you may want to seek legal advice on your rights during probation.

actually boleh kena terminate during probation. kesian u..its okay just move on. kalau u fight pun company still akan cari jalan lain utk terminate u. so sama je..better cari kerja lain je terus. move on 😬 tapi kalau u risau pasal income. maybe boleh ckp dgn boss/HR to actually give u some time to find new job dulu ke..hee..if possible lah. tp kalau i jd u..i tak tunggu..company mcm ni tak sustain lama pun..and tak boleh menjamin masa depan kita..tak stabil la tu dorg cut cost semua kan.
